Quote of the Week

So every week I am going to post a blog on a quote that I find. Then I am going to put my own thoughts of it... So this is what I want ya'll to do...Comment and tell me what you think of it!

"Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are."

This quote is so true. I think most teenagers would agree with me. I think we are more concerned with fitting the status quo that we end up loosing ourselves. If we stand up for what we believe in, I think we would realize there are more people out there who are just too afraid to do it first. When we get out of Highschool, ten years down the road, people arent going to remember who was the most popular jock or who was the biggest nerd in school. So why do we focus on that now? Why cant we just all come together and be friends? What is going to matter, in ten years, is who we have BECOME! If you dont start focusing on building your character now your going to be lost when you get out of the halls of Highschool. Am I right?

Junior Miss

Right now is a busy time for me. I am participating in a scholarship program called Junior Miss! I am absolutely loving it. I love getting to know the girls from the different schools. I know alot of them already from my Elementary School. Its good getting reaquainted with them. Anywho, that's pretty much that life right now.
